Job Description
- Achieve targeted number of new retail site acquisitions and executed lease agreements within the defined period.
- Deliver year-on-year growth in retail footprint measured by total square meters or number of operational locations.
- Maintain a high success rate in securing strategic, high-traffic retail locations aligned with brand positioning.
- Ensure timely completion of site feasibility studies and approvals within established turnaround benchmarks.
- Optimize occupancy costs by negotiating favorable lease terms within approved budget thresholds.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective retail sites across priority markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time store openings in line with expansion plans.
- Monitor and report on post-opening performance metrics to validate site selection effectiveness and ROI.
