We are looking for a
Partnerships & Relationship Manager to support and grow our network of PSPs, EMIs, banks, and merchants.
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Is
- Naturally charismatic and relationship-driven
- Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
- Interested in payments, fintech, and partnerships
- Junior candidates with strong people skills and basic payments exposure are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, EMIs, banks, and partners
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and payment partners
- Support partnership discussions, introductions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate onboarding processes and commercial discussions
- Represent FinConnectHub professionally in calls and meetings
- Maintain structured records of partnerships and opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional attitude
- Interest or experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and relationships
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
Nice To Have
- Experience with PSPs, EMIs, acquiring, or merchant onboarding
- Consulting or client-facing background
