Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to identify and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities across assigned territories
- Expand presence through partnerships with distributors, dealers, and installer networks
2. Partner & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders
- Conduct regular engagements to understand customer needs and support business growth
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer experience
3. Market Insights & Performance Tracking
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments
- Contribute insights to support overall commercial and go-to-market strategies
JobRequirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy / solar / energy storage industry in the Philippines
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and growing business through channel partners
- Familiarity with working with distributors, EPCs, or installer networks
- Highly driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
