Our client is a fast-growing player in the renewable energy space, focused on delivering innovative solar and energy storage solutions across the Philippines. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow their footprint and build strong channel partnerships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to identify and grow a strong sales pipeline
  • Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Expand presence through partnerships with distributors, dealers, and installer networks

2. Partner & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular engagements to understand customer needs and support business growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer experience

3. Market Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments
  • Contribute insights to support overall commercial and go-to-market strategies

JobRequirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy / solar / energy storage industry in the Philippines
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and growing business through channel partners
  • Familiarity with working with distributors, EPCs, or installer networks
  • Highly driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
