Job Summary

DBSi is looking for a highly motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Manager (BDM)to support our growth by driving lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires hands-on involvement in lead generation and active engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadend-to-end business development activities, includinglead generation, prospecting, and closing
  • Proactively source and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience inBusiness Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Strong background inlead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in outsourcing, staffing, BPO, or virtual assistant services is a strong plus
  • Ability to workfull-time on US hours
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing long sales cycles
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
