Job Summary
DBSi is looking for a highly motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Manager (BDM)to support our growth by driving lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires hands-on involvement in lead generation and active engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadend-to-end business development activities, includinglead generation, prospecting, and closing
- Proactively source and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Provide market insights and feedback to leadership
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience inBusiness Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Strong background inlead generation and outbound prospecting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, BPO, or virtual assistant services is a strong plus
- Ability to workfull-time on US hours
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
