Business Development Manager – Modern Trade
The Business Development Manager will manage and grow relationships with key supermarket and modern trade accounts, driving sales performance, account satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for supermarket accounts, building strong ties with category managers and buyers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and product launches tailored to each account.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through data-driven planning and performance tracking.
- Conduct account reviews to optimize pricing, assortment, and merchandising.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to ensure mutual profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, brand) to align execution and drive results.
Qualifications:
