Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across global markets within the outsourcing and offshoring domain
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a high-quality sales pipeline
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand client requirements and offer tailored outsourcing solutions
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with client needs
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and contract closure
- Take full ownership of each lead from initial contact until successful closure
- Coordinate with internal delivery and operations teams for seamless client onboarding
- Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of proven experience in business development/sales in the offshoring or outsourcing industry
- Strong understanding of global outsourcing models and service delivery practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
