Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Industry: Offshoring & Outsourcing

Location: Makati (Onsite)

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time Nezda Global

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across global markets within the outsourcing and offshoring domain
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand client requirements and offer tailored outsourcing solutions
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with client needs
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and contract closure
  • Take full ownership of each lead from initial contact until successful closure
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and operations teams for seamless client onboarding
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development/sales in the offshoring or outsourcing industry
  • Strong understanding of global outsourcing models and service delivery practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
