Experience required: 8–15 years in Staffing & Recruitment (Business Development focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across APAC, including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

You will play a key role in expanding our footprint through:

  • Direct staffing and recruitment services
  • Onshore–offshore hiring models (remote delivery, GCC, RPO, managed hiring solutions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients for staffing, RPO, and offshore hiring solutions
  • Build and manage a strong APAC sales pipeline
  • Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement stakeholders
  • Lead proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Drive cross-border staffing deals and grow existing accounts

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment with strong client acquisition track record
  • Proven experience selling staffing services, RPO, or offshore hiring solutions
  • Strong exposure to Australia and/or Southeast Asia markets
  • Ability to position India and the Philippines as offshore talent hubs
  • Strong ownership mindset with a consistent focus on targets and closing deals
