Business Development Manager – Facilities Management (Remote, Philippines)

Patriot Holdings International is a U.S.-based national commercial facilities management and construction services firm supporting multi-location clients across retail, restaurants, c-stores, and property groups. We deliver responsive maintenance, project work, and service programs built on consistent execution and accountable delivery.

We're expanding our business development function and hiring a remote Business Development Manager based in the Philippines to help us open doors, build pipelines, and grow commercial accounts across the U.S. market.

You'll own the top and middle of the sales funnel — prospecting, qualifying, and advancing opportunities with multi-site commercial clients. You'll work U.S. business hours, partner closely with our U.S.-based leadership on closing, and play a key role in scaling our outbound engine.

• Execute outbound prospecting into target verticals (retail, F&B, c-store, property management)

• Build relationships with Facilities, Operations, and Procurement stakeholders

• Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and advance deals through the pipeline

• Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, and vendor onboarding

• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and forecasting

• Collaborate with operations and estimating teams on scoping and pricing

• Support expansion of multi-site accounts through new locations and added services

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling services to U.S. or international commercial clients

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Comfort working U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST)

• Strong CRM discipline and forecasting habits

• Self-directed, organized, and consistent follow-through

• Experience selling facilities services, building maintenance, FM/IFM, or adjacent B2B services

• Exposure to multi-site or national account selling

• Familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, procurement processes, and structured buying cycles
