Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of business plans for one of the following business units:

• Brand New Machines
• Power Systems & Allied Products
• Rental & Used Machines

You'll be responsible for crafting strategies, tactics, and action plans aligned with Caterpillar and principal priorities to achieve:

• Business Unit Targets
• Market Share Growth
• Customer Satisfaction Excellence
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of any four-year course
• At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience
• Strong business development, sales, and stakeholder management skills
