Business Development Manager

Job purpose

This role will lead the expansion of our credit card and online loan products. We are seeking a candidate with deep relationships and a strong network across top Philippine banks, digital banks, and online lending companies, capable of directly introducing and securing new partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate is resource-driven, commercially minded, and has hands-on experience with credit card, bank loan, or online lending products.

Duties and responsibilities

·      Expand credit card product cooperation with local banks and digital banks.

·      Develop partnerships with online lending companies and licensed loan providers.

·      Leverage existing banking and lending networks to bring new partners onto the platform.

·      Drive cooperation from initial discussion to agreement and product launch.

·      Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions for long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

·      3+ years of experience in banking, credit cards, or loan business development.

·      Proven deep relationships with Philippine banks, digital banks, or online lending companies.

·      Hands-on experience working with credit card, personal loan, or installment loan products.

·      Strong ability to independently drive cooperation and close partnerships.

·      Fluent communication in English.
