Role Description
You will lead new business development, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. This role requires consultative selling, executive relationship building, and close collaboration with presales and delivery teams to win enterprise opportunities in the Philippines market.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline generation and achieve sales targets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP in the Philippines.
- Develop and manage enterprise opportunities from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and senior decision-makers.
- Work with presales and consulting teams to position compelling ERP solutions and business value.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and support go-to-market activities across the local market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services sales.
- Strong track record in business development, consultative selling, and closing enterprise deals.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business applications is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the Philippines market and willingness to travel locally as needed.
