We're scaling our client portfolio and we need a hunter who can open and close new accounts.
The Role:
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition across our service capabilities, which include:
- High-volume BPO hiring
- Healthcare accounts
- Travel and hospitality accounts
This is a hunter role, not a farmer role. You'll be measured on signed contracts and the accounts you bring into the business — not on activity reports.
What You'll Own:
- Pipeline. Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, conferences, and inbound leads. Marketing supports you with collateral, case studies, and qualified inquiries.
- Closing. Run discovery calls, scope hiring needs, design fee structures, and negotiate MSAs and SOWs through to signature.
- Account expansion. Once a client is live with our delivery team, keep the relationship warm and grow account share over time.
- Market intelligence. Feed pricing signals, competitive moves, and vertical-specific hiring trends back to the CEO and operations leadership.
You're a Strong Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 in recruitment, staffing, RPO, or BPO services
- A clear track record of closing six- and seven-figure annual recruitment or staffing contracts
- Working knowledge of at least one of our core practice areas
- Comfort selling to HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, COOs, and CEOs
- Discipline to run a real pipeline — CRM hygiene, weekly forecasting, honest follow-through
