Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving sales growth, and building long-term partnerships with key clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG market
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key accounts
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports on sales results and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of trade marketing, channel development, and retail dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated to achieve targets
