About The Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our unique product offerings to the advertising industry. You will leverage our powerful ecosystem to help brands effectively connect with Millennial and Gen Z audiences, driving revenue and expanding our market footprint.

Work Setup

  • Location: Makati City
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday shift
  • Setup: Hybrid (3 days Work-From-Home, 2 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive Business Growth: Develop the company's presence in the advertising industry to expand company's market reach.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and secure new business opportunities by proactively networking and building relationships with new clients.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of pitch proposals for major client partnerships, integrating company's products into cohesive, goal-oriented content strategies.
  • Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, steering top-level discussions for long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, glitch-free execution of campaigns and operational requirements.
  • Agency Partnerships: Drive business development and sales efforts with agencies across the Philippines and the wider region, negotiating trading deals and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications


  • Experience: Ideally 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Advertising, Media, or Marketing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape, social media platforms (specifically TikTok, Meta, and YouTube), and Millennial/Gen Z consumer trends.
  • Passion for Content: Deep interest in new media, digital content, and the dynamics of social media content creation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and deliver actionable insights.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and empathetic with a proactive attitude and an appetite for change.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and handle complex projects efficiently.
