Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager - BPO

Location: Flexible Work Arrangement (Philippines/Sri Lanka/India/Other locations)

Role Overview

FBC Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive recurring revenue growth within the BPO / outsourcing industry.

This role owns the full business development lifecycle-from outbound lead generation and pipeline development to proposal management, deal closure, and account expansion. The position works closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute structured sales initiatives, convert opportunities across international markets, and build long-term offshore service partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business development activities for BPO / outsourcing services, including outbound lead generation, pipeline development, proposal management, deal closure, and account expansion Execute structured outbound sales and campaign initiatives across Linkedin, EDMs, and social channels to generate qualified leads and discovery calls

• Engage and influence key decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and operations leaders, across target industries

• Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver tailored BPO solutions and ensure smooth client handover.

• Track performance and revenue outcomes by preparing proposals, improving sales collateral, and delivering weekly pipeline and activity reports to management.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role

• 3-5+ years of proven experience selling BPO / outsourcing services

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals independently

• Has an established professional network that can be readily leveraged for business development

• Strong expertise in lead generation and pipeline development

• Solid experience and understanding of marketing activities that support and enhance lead generation efforts

• Experience working with international clients (US, AU, UK, APAC, etc.)

• Experience in using Mailchimp and similar marketing tools to support campaign execution and lead generation

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a flexible, remote setup
