Strategic Partnerships: Develop and establish long-term cooperation with top local apps in the Philippines (e.g., e-wallets, e-commerce platforms, and lifestyle apps), focusing on high-quality user acquisition
Channel Expansion: Expand and manage diversified traffic channels, including local affiliate networks, loan aggregators, SMS aggregators, and outsourced telemarketing centers (BPOs)
End-to-End Management: Independently lead the full business cycle: from initial prospecting and negotiation to contract signing and campaign execution
Data Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic volume, conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to optimize acquisition costs
Market Intelligence: Track Philippines-specific market trends, competitor strategies, and BSP/SEC regulatory updates affecting traffic and fintech marketing
Requirements:
Strong understanding of the Philippine internet ecosystem, particularly the mobile-first culture and the local digital lending/fintech space
5+ years of experience in traffic acquisition, BD, or growth marketing, with a deep background in the PH Fintech or E-commerce industries
Existing relationships or a proven ability to cold start partnerships with major Philippine platforms (e.g., GCash, Maya, Grab, Shopee/Lazada)
Expert knowledge of performance-based models such as CPI (Cost Per Install), CPL, and CPA
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; must be a self-starter comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment
Native or professional fluency in Tagalog and English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for reporting to regional stakeholders
