Build, maintain, and optimize vital partnerships with local payment gateways, channels, and data providers (e.g., GCash, Maya, Paymango, Bayad Center, and credit bureaus)
Identify, negotiate with, and manage diversified traffic channels, including local affiliate networks, loan aggregators, SMS aggregators, and outsourced telemarketing centers (BPOs)
Independently own the full business development lifecycle—from initial market prospecting and high-stakes negotiation to contract signing and campaign execution
Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic volume, conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to continuously optimize acquisition and operational costs
Track Philippines-specific market trends, competitor movements, and crucial regulatory updates from the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) and SEC affecting traffic, data privacy, and fintech marketing
Requirements:
Possessing a profound understanding of the Philippine fintech and payment ecosystem, as well as the local digital lending landscape
5+ years of experience in business development, traffic acquisition, or growth marketing, with a deep network in the PH Fintech or E-commerce industries
Extensive, proven track record working inside major Philippine payment companies (e.g., GCash, Maya, Paymango, Bayad) OR deep experience in Sales/BD within digital banks, credit bureaus, or alternative lending companies
Proven ability to leverage existing executive-level relationships or demonstrate a strong cold start capability to establish immediate trust with major local platforms (e.g., GCash, Maya, Grab, Shopee, Lazada)
Expert understanding of performance-based marketing models, including CPI (Cost Per Install), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Highly grounded, dependable, and results-oriented; possesses a practical approach to building sustainable business relationships while avoiding flashy or superficial pitches. Must thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Native or professional fluency in English and Tagalog. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage
