Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Philippines | Reports To: MD SEA & Australia**
We are a global leader in digital transformation for engineering and construction projects, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Philippine EPC market. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our AI-powered project management solutions.
The successful candidate will lead prospecting efforts through networking, marketing campaigns, social media, and industry events; deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations; negotiate and close deals; maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports; and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience. The role also requires strong market awareness to identify opportunities and competitive positioning within the local landscape.
Requirements
35 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the EPC industry
MBA (Sales & Marketing) or Engineering degree preferred
Strong communication in English and Filipino, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, customer-focused, and culturally aware
Digitally savvy with active use of mobile and social media tools
Strong network within the EPC industry is an advantage
Experience working with Procore, InEight, Think Project, Powerplay, InEight (Ina's), Aconex, or Viewpoint is highly preferred
