Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
- Optimize logistics and warehousing solutions to deliver cost-effective opportunities while ensuring stable operations.
- Collaborate with overseas logistics teams to streamline processes and resolve daily exceptions.
- Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to enhance delivery processes and achieve cost savings.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a top logistics and warehousing company; 3PL management experience in e-commerce logistics preferred.
- Background in e-commerce customer projects is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during peak demand.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
- Proven negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
