Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the Mindanao region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet client needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Scope of Coverage: Region 11, 12, Caraga (Davao, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Agusan, Surigao)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

A strong background in business development (B2B, stakeholder management, account management, partnerships and strategy).
A proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
Experience in identifying market opportunities and devising growth strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
