Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new
clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects. BDMs also make sales projections and forecast revenue, in line with projected income.
Job Scope
. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
. Prepare sales contact ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Job Requirements
. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Offshore BPO Industry.
. Must have end to end B2B experiences.
. With proven leadership experience.
. Strong understanding of the company's products or services and target market.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Pasig.
