Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any related course
- With at least 1-year hands-on experience in sales and distribution functions
- Has excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills

Job Description:
- Plans, monitors & achieves assigned volume targets in assigned distributor territory
- Manages trade spend in assigned geographical territory
- Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates business plans assigned in geographical territory aligned with regional & national objectives
- Submits trade activities proposal (Via On-Time Monitoring System) district
- Provides input in volume forecasting process and manages returns, BO and pull-out according to communication strategy & guidelines
