About Glamingo

Glamingo is a Singapore-based beauty & wellness startup building the platform where people discover and book the city's best salons, spas, and studios, and where those businesses get found, grow, and keep their clients coming back. We're early, fast-moving, and growing our merchant network across Singapore.

The role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own merchant growth: identifying, pitching, and signing salons, spas, nail and lash studios, and wellness businesses across Singapore. You'll be the bridge between Glamingo and the businesses we serve, and you'll have real ownership over how we win and keep merchants.

This is a hands-on, in-market role. You'll be talking to salon owners every day, understanding their problems, and showing them how Glamingo helps them grow.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of salon, spa, and wellness merchants across Singapore
  • Run the full cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Understand each merchant's business and tailor the pitch to what they actually care about
  • Build long-term relationships with owners and managers, not just one-off deals
  • Work closely with founders on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Feed market insight back to the team: what merchants want, what competitors offer, where we can win

You're a fit if you have

  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally selling to salons, spas, or SMBs
  • A strong understanding of the beauty & wellness or local SMB landscape in Singapore
  • A track record of building relationships and closing deals
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
  • Genuine interest in the beauty & wellness industry

Bonus

  • You've sold software, booking systems, payments, or marketing services to salons or spas before
  • You already have relationships in the SG beauty & wellness space
