Business Development Manager

Job Mandate

Primarily responsible for data/information gathering in general to assist Business Development Team in development/creation of auto programs for auto loan sales. Assist in executions of developed programs in coordination with auto loan sales channels.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Business Development

• Promotes business development to internal/external customers by joining functional meetings
• Coordinates with other business units for possible program suggestions/ideas
• Continuous Improvement
• Helps identify critical areas for possible business improvement
• Analyzes business data to find ways on how to do things better
• Suggests plans/strategies to further enhance business programs
• Contributes for further enhancement of green mobility programs
• Change Management
• Adapts to initiatives of business unit for transformation
• Supports the implementation of change to achieve the goals of the business unit
• Sustainability
• Contributes to program enhancements on new energy vehicle drives
• Promotes clean and green program initiatives such as tree planting programs/seedling donations

Ensures accuracy and proper handling of all assigned tasks and orders from management in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Work Experience

(Total years of relevant experience)

With at least 2 years experience in auto loans preferably gained from a bank or

other financial institution
