The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding market presence within the luxury architectural and design sector. The role focuses on building strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors, ensuring products are specified in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors
- Conduct presentations, product briefings, and networking sessions with design professionals
- Work closely with developers, homebuilders, and hospitality brands to drive product specification
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Build partnerships with complementary luxury brands and industry influencers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or specification roles within luxury architectural products, building materials, furniture, lighting, or related industries
- Established network within the architectural and design community
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City
