Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager is responsible in leading business growth initiatives, acquire strategic client and expand our presence across Australia, Canda, UK, and other international markets.

This role is ideal for commercially minded professional with strong experience in Manpower, Staffing, Recruitment, Executive Search or HR Outsourcing who can build meaningful client relationships and consistently convert opportunities into sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
• Manage the full business development cycle—from lead generation and proposals to negotiation and deal closure
• Expand the company's client portfolio, particularly across Australia, Canada, and the UK markets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Development experience, preferably in Manpower, Staffin, Recruitment, Executive Search or HR Outsourcing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Demonstrated success in new client acquisition, and strategic account development
• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and relationship management
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, self-driven and results-oriented approach
• Experience working with Australian, Canadian, UK or other international clients is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings, networking, and other business development activities as required.
