Role Description

The Business Development Lead (Expansion & Growth) is responsible for driving the company's physical expansion and long-term growth through new locations, franchise development, and strategic opportunities.

This role supports expansion across Metro Manila and provincial markets, requiring a combination of office-based planning, fieldwork, and travel to execute site acquisition, lessor negotiations, and branch openings.

Operating under the National Business Development Manager, this role builds the company's future growth footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Expansion & Site Development

  • Identify and secure new branch locations across Metro Manila and key provincial areas.
  • Evaluate sites based on:

Retail Demand

Dry cleaning demand

B2B service potential

  • Lead site feasibility and selection.

Expansion Execution (Field + Coordination)

  • Conduct site visits, market assessments, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Oversee and support branch openings and setup execution.
  • Ensure readiness across operations, facilities, and compliance.

Franchise Development

  • Identify and onboard franchise partners.
  • Support franchise pipeline and early-stage development.
  • Ensure alignment with company standards.

Real Estate & Lessor Management

  • Negotiate with landlords, developers, and property managers.
  • Secure favorable lease terms and strategic locations.
  • Manage relationships across the property portfolio.

Expansion Coordination

  • Work with contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Track progress across multiple expansion projects.

Market & Opportunity Development

  • Identify growth opportunities across regions and segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7 years in business development, expansion, real estate, or franchising.
  • Expansion Experience: Proven involvement in store openings, site acquisition, or multi-branch operations.
  • Mobility: Willing to work across Metro Manila and travel to provincial areas as needed.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience dealing with landlords, contractors, or partners.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple expansion projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of location impact on revenue and operations.
