Business Development (Lead Generation)

About the Job

• Lead strategic project management efforts within our technology roadmap, focusing on generative AI and matching technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform corporate strategy and decision-making.
• Contribute to M&A and fundraising processes, including conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and preparing strategic presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and assess business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and potential referral sources to support business development.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Technical, Business, Finance, or related field from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a start-up, fintech, or finance environment, with a focus on corporate strategy, technology, or business development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively both independently and within teams.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
