- Support a portfolio of top FBS sellers, focusing on business growth and maintaining healthy inventory performance.
- Monitor stock levels, analyse key SKUs, and work closely with sellers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Track key performance metrics such as fulfilment rates, stock health, and sell-through to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in projects such as incubating new-to-FBS sellers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational workflows and overall seller experience.
Requirements:
- Strong sense of ownership with a drive to create tangible business impact
- Hungry, proactive, and unafraid to hustle in a dynamic environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
