Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 35 years experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and executing growth strategies.
- Experience in retail, telecommunications, distribution, or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and maintain strong professional relationships.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Can work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
