Business Development Head (Director / AVP)

Location: Quezon City / Pasig

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift

Job Summary

The Business Development Head is responsible for leading business growth initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation across key markets. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-impact sales and expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development and revenue growth strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and operational execution
  • Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and partnership agreements
  • Monitor business performance, pipeline status, and growth metrics
  • Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer acquisition
  • Lead and develop business development teams to ensure high performance and target achievement

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Strong experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic partnerships
  • Experience handling leadership or regional business development functions is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
