Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Taguig. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and expanding the company's client base. Daily tasks include developing business strategies, strengthening partnerships, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
• Experienced in market research and competitor analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in property management or related industries is a plus
