Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our company. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.

As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets. Beyond the initial sale, you will play a crucial role in sustaining and growing relationships with our existing clients to ensure long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and prospects to close sales.
  • Build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain frequent communication, provide excellent support, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Draft tailored contracts and proposals for potential clients.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations that describe how our solutions meet specific customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of experience in Sales/ Business Development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
  • Skilled in using business application software (MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Willing to work onsite at least 3x/ week
