Business Development Executive

We're building Suman, an app (Android, iOS and web) that helps Indians with burnout, family pressure, log kya kahenge and everything in between. So we're not going to pretend this job is about pushing product.

Here's the truth: we're a team of people who give a damn. Suman is a personal wellness companion that actually speaks Hindi, Hinglish and English, and gets your stress without judgment. Therapists can also use it to stay connected with their clients between sessions. We need one more person, this time out in the field.

What you'll work on:

→ Meeting psychologists, psychiatrists and counsellors across Mumbai and Thane.

→ Showing them how Suman supports their clients between sessions, and exactly what they see and what stays private.

→ Sitting with them as they connect their first client, then coming back to fix whatever gets in the way.

→ Helping run small evening workshops for clinicians in your area.

→ Bringing back what clinicians tell you, so we build what they actually need.

A client sees their therapist for one hour a week. You'll help Suman be there for the other 167.

Few points:

→ Best suited for 2-6 years in pharma field sales (Medical Representative or Business Executive), ideally in a CNS or psychiatry division. Psychology graduates who love meeting people, apply too.

→ You know Mumbai and Thane, and the locals don't scare you. English and Hindi; Marathi is a bonus.

→ We don't work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

→ Done with your visits early The rest of the day is yours. We count the therapists you help get started, not hours or kilometres.

→ A short call report each evening and one weekly review. No micromanaging.

→ Salary on the last working day of every month.

We'd love someone who fits that culture and can start within 2 months. Once you're in, our notice period is a humane 15 days, because life's too short for long goodbyes.
