Job Description
Job Description:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new SMB merchants to the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including contract negotiation and operational setup
- Drive merchant growth through campaign participation, assortment expansion, and operational improvements
- Monitor merchant performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and customer experience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and product teams to support merchant success
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to identify business opportunities
- Achieve acquisition, retention, and growth targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or merchant operations
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or local services platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets SQL knowledge is a plus
- Willing to do fieldwork and engage directly with merchants
