Job description:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving the expansion of Snooze Nook by securing new branch locations, identifying high-potential markets, and developing new business opportunities.
This role focuses on site acquisition, partnership building, and market intelligence, ensuring Snooze Nook grows strategically in high-traffic, high-revenue locations.
Responsibilities
Site Acquisition and Evaluation
- Actively scout and secure new branch locations for Snooze Nook
- Conduct site visits and evaluate foot traffic, visibility, and revenue potential as well as visibility from main walkways
- Coordinate with mall administrators and building managers for site requirements or guidelines
- Negotiate for lease terms or partnership agreements
- Prepare site proposals and recommendations for management approval
Market Research & Opportunity Analysis
- Study market trends, customer behavior, and competitor presence
- Identify underserved areas, emerging locations, and expansion opportunities
- Analyze site performance data to refine expansion strategies
- Provide insights on rental rates, placement, and location optimization
Partnership & Business Opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
- Explore new business models, collaborations, and revenue streams
- Represent Snooze Nook in meetings, site discussions, and negotiations
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on site pipeline, negotiations, and closed deals
- Track approved, pending, and rejected locations
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Finance, and Marketing for rollout planning
- Support management with data-driven recommendations for expansion decisions
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related fields
- At least 2 years experience in business development, site acquisition, leasing, or sales
- Experience dealing with landlords, malls, property managers, or commercial spaces
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field work, site visits, and stakeholder meetings
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to analyze market data and prepare site feasibility reports
