Business Development Executive

Meansquare is a US-based company with offshore delivery operations from India. We provide offshore staffing and project support services in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Power BI, Cloud & Analytics, and IT Staffing.

We are looking for a remote Business Development Executive who can help generate new client opportunities and support offshore staffing sales activities.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
• Identify staffing and project opportunities with US clients
• Schedule client meetings and follow-ups
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners
• Support offshore staffing and project sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams

• Experience in IT staffing, IT consulting, or offshore sales
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Experience working with US clients is preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, or Power BI staffing is an advantage
• Comfortable working remotely and handling sales outreach activities
