Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and manage B2B accounts
- Conduct site inspections to gather warehouse requirements
- Recommend appropriate racking solutions based on the client's requirements
- Prepare and submit proposals
- Coordinate with the Design Team for an accurate project handover
- Maintain Leads & Sales Index for tracking prospects and closed deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in warehouse racking systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of warehouse layouts, storage capacities, and pallet dimensions
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing to report to Pasig City and travel to client sites
