We're looking for a Business Development Executive – HR & Payroll Solutions with experience in Payroll Solutions, HR Services, HCM, or related business solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in any course; Marketing or Business Management is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation within Payroll Solutions / HR Services
- Experience generating leads through sales and marketing campaigns
- Background in B2B Sales / B2B Marketing
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Experience with tele-sales and cold calling is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools
- Preferably with experience selling or promoting HR, Payroll, HCM, or business solutions
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
