Key Responsibilities

. Introducing and promoting the company's educational products and services

. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions

. Organise and participate in road shows, exhibitions and promotional events

. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

. Conduct telemarketing and online customer engagement activities

Requirements

. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, tablets and online platforms

. Friendly, patient and customer-oriented personality

. Familiar with social media and current online business trends

. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Malay language skills will be an added advantage)

. Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing market conditions

. Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven

. Telemarketing or sales experience will be an advantage

. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and education are welcome to apply

Work Location

Based at IMM Building, Jurong East.

This is a hybrid role that combines office work with regular travel for school visits, roadshows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and working in a dynamic environment.
