About the Role

e intelligence is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing international team.

This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity for candidates based in the Philippines who have experience in business development, outbound sales, or digital marketing sales.

You will connect with prospective clients in the United States and the United Kingdom, identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and UK markets.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound channels.
Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Manage the sales process from lead generation and initial outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline records using CRM tools.
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Experience in outbound sales or selling digital marketing services is highly preferred.
Experience dealing with US or UK clients will be a strong advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with international clients.
Good cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps and a quiet, professional home workspace.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
Willingness to work the fixed shift of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM PHT, Monday to Friday.
