Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
• Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points.
• Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals, and needs.
• Negotiating with clients, solving problems, and making sure that deadlines are met
• Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
• Making pitches to win new business
• A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations.
  
  

Qualifications

Preferably a graduate of any business, management, or any equivalent computer literate

With knowledge in MS Office tools, mainly in Excel and Word

At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position, or at least 2 years in Sales & marketing, with a focus on Sales Marketing Strategy

Soft Skills

• Patient when dealing with the clients and production team
• Leadership skills to lead the team, especially when faced with great challenges
