Job description:
The primary objective is to achieve, or over-achieve, the allocated billed seat targets expected for the Business Development Associate each month from the designated regions or territories.
- Need to sell
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations to ensure long-term client engagement and satisfaction.
- An ability to understand and articulate shared value with target clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations through discovery calls and articulate value propositions to showcase optiBPO's offerings, addressing and aligning with client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, partnering with the Account Management and Recruitment Teams to ensure alignment of strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships with new clients and focused legacy clients, striving for mutually beneficial agreements for both optiBPO and its clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of optiBPO's product portfolio, positioning, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Train and manage the incoming Sales Support team, providing guidance and development to enhance their performance and contribution to sales objectives.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement strategies for growth, contributing to the company's overall business development goals.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as BDA / BDM / sales
