Salary: ₱23,000–₱35,000

Ready to take your sales career to the next level We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and help create effective solutions.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree in any Course
• Preferably graduate of any business, management, or any equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in Sales
• Computer literate With knowledge in MS office tools
• Mainly in Excel and Word
  
  

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
• Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points
• Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals and needs.
• Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are met
• Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
• Making pitches to win new business
• A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations
  
  

Soft Skills

• Patient when dealing with the clients and production team
• Leadership skills to lead the team especially when faced with great challenges
