About the role
We are seeking a driven and analytical Business Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support infrastructure opportunities, technical-commercial coordination, strategic account development, and commercial systems related to water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development initiatives and infrastructure opportunities
• Assist in technical-commercial coordination with clients and project stakeholders
• Support strategic account management and client relationship development
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to align technical solutions with client requirements
• Assist in market research, opportunity tracking, and business development activities
• Support the development and improvement of commercial systems and processes
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
• PRC License (for Engineering graduates) is an advantage
• Exposure to infrastructure, technical-commercial, wastewater, or proposal systems
• Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, or project documentation is an advantage
• Training in sales systems, business development, or negotiation is an advantage
