Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Director to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence within the FinTech or Insurance industries. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FinTech or Insurance Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Proven track record in the FinTech or Telecommunications industry
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, banking solutions, mobile services, or telecom infrastructure
  • Experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
