Job Description:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support end-to-end execution of campaigns, from planning and setup to post-campaign reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Operations, Marketing) to ensure campaign requirements and timelines are met
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple campaigns.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and validate campaign trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and flag data discrepancies or execution issues
- Support regular performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Process & Quality Control
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign setup, data inputs, and reporting outputs
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues and escalate when necessary
- Contribute to improving campaign workflows, documentation, and reporting processes.
Stakeholder Support
- Act as a reliable point of coordination to ensure smooth communication across teams
- Provide timely updates on campaign progress, risks, and execution status.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably with strong internship experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, basic analysis)
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slides for basic reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with peak periods during major campaigns
- Flexible to support extended hours when required.
