Position Title: Business Development Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Business Development Associate plays a key role in supporting Sinag Solutions pre-sales activities and overall business development efforts. This junior-level position will focus on driving lead generation, supporting the sales process, and providing essential marketing operations support.
The role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both business development and marketing within the IT consulting space, especially in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation. You will help promote our consulting services and tools such as Orbus iServer, BOC Group's ADOIT, EAS Essential, and MEGA HOPEX, as well as our training programs, including the flagship Digital Transformation Masterclass.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales Enablement and Business Development
- Assist in executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, outreach, and nurturing efforts.
- Help craft proposals, presentations, and quotations that clearly communicate the value of our offerings.
- Support the improvement of sales processes and tools for efficiency and impact.
- Participate in product and service training to build familiarity with our Enterprise Architecture solutions and services.
- Contribute to project coordination and proposal development for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support long-term engagement and business continuity.
Marketing Operations Support
- Coordinate with the marketing lead to support lead generation campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
- Help manage CRM data and ensure the sales funnel is consistently updated.
- Assist in organizing marketing assets (presentations, templates, case studies) for use in business development.
- Participate in marketing-driven events, webinars, and campaigns to attract and nurture prospects.
- Provide reporting support to monitor campaign and sales performance metrics.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing support. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong interest in tech/consulting and sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Self-starter who can work independently and with the guidance of their team lead, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and has the people skills to build long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes, especially in the IT or consulting industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Team player who contributes to overall business goals and collaborates effectively across departments.
