The Central Laboratory and Corporate Offices are located in a 1,000-square-meter facility along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City, offering a modern and accessible work environment for healthcare and corporate professionals.

Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Associate / Sales Personnel role based in Parañaque with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and nurturing new business opportunities with corporate and individual clients, particularly in occupational health, clinical services, and laboratory offerings. The Business Development Associate / Sales Personnel will conduct lead generation activities, schedule and deliver client presentations, and prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. This role will also involve performing basic market research to understand industry trends and competitors, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with clinical, laboratory, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong, long-term relationships with clients, support contract renewals and upselling, and contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation capabilities, including Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings and convert insights into sales opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain medical and laboratory services clearly and professionally.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or related services.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup (On-site and Fieldwork)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build trust with corporate and individual clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software
