Position Overview
Quadform is seeking a Commercial Business Development Associate who is eager to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the company's commercial growth initiatives. The role involves prospect research, CRM management, business development outreach, networking, and coordination of meetings and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective interior designers, brokers, business owners, developers, and strategic partners.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM databases, including designers, brokers, business owners, leads, and accreditations.
- Execute business development outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other appropriate channels.
- Coordinate meetings, networking events, and follow-up activities with prospective clients and partners.
- Monitor commercial developments, office relocations, retail expansions, and new business openings to identify opportunities.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, accreditation requirements, and business development reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing to support project features, case studies, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Microsoft 365 experience is an advantage.
- Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to attend client meetings and networking events.
